Key Responsibilities
- Drafting legal documents including complaints, motions, and meet-and-confer letters.
- Managing discovery processes, taking and defending depositions.
- Making court appearances, attending mediations, and conducting settlement negotiations.
- Preparing for and participating in trials.
- Analyzing medical reports, surgical records, and medical bills.
- Presenting liability theories and summarizing client injuries.
- Advocating for clients and negotiating settlements.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 2+ years of personal injury experience preferred.
- Skills: Exceptional writing and communication skills are essential.
